This is a custom fit tool for earlier Springfield  4 inch bull barrel models that used a dual spring recoil assembly. Newer models use a flat wire recoil system. The 4 inch bull barrel EMP4 since it's release uses a single spring flat wire recoil system.

  • Easy to insert and remove.
  • Aligns take down notch.
  • Allows both hands to be free for removing and replacing the slide stop pin.
